Arrival and departure

Please respect the time of arrival and departure to give us the time to clean and prepare the rooms in the home.
Arrivals: from 4pm
Departure: the holiday home should be vacated by 10am

Holiday cancellation or modification and prepayment

We ask a deposit of 25% of the total amount or an amount of a first night. Payment can be made by bank transfers in Euros.

This is a booking free cancellation up to 60 days before date of arrival. You pay the first night if you cancel within 60 days of date of arrival.
The amount of the deposit is automatically the same as your cancellation fee
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

Security deposit: € 100

A Security Deposit is payable directly to the owner. This deposit is held by the owner to cover any losses, damage and additional cleaning charges if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition. The additional costs may be deducted from this deposit. The Security Deposit is paid by cash to the owner on arrival. The Security Deposit will normally be refunded on leaving the property after the property has been checked.
Any dispute about deductions made by the owner from the Security Deposit must strictly be taken up directly with them. The security deposit must be handed over to the owner at the time of arrival otherwise the owner are within their rights to refuse entry in the property.

Payment of the balance

We would like to mention that we accept only cash payments. Sorry we don’t accept credit cards.

Obligations of the tenant

The maximum number of people to stay at the Property must not exceed that stated on the booking form unless the Owner have given their written permission. Any persons included in, or connected to the Client’s party may not stay anywhere on the Owner land other than inside the Property unless the Owner have given their written permission. Should the Owner agree in writing to party members ‘camping’ on their land, any and all such party members in excess of the party members staying inside the Property will be subject to a surcharge on a pro-rata basis.
*The client shall keep the property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the property in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and shall leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
This means garbage bin, dishwasher, fridge and oven must be cleaned and emptied on departure by the tenant. No dirty dishes left behind. Garbage, glass and paper are on the proposed place.
BBQ: Grill cleaning after use and ash removal.
Before the departure, the holiday home will be joint checked. If the house is not tidy left, a supplement of € 50 will be charged.
The client must notify the owner of any damages/breakages that may have occurred during their stay.
The client shall report to the owner without delay, any defects in the property or breakdowns or failure of equipment or appliances. The owner who lives on site will attempt to repair or replace any such defects, breakdowns or failures as soon as possible.

We respectfully ask Clients not to smoke inside the Property.

Included in the price

Your bed is made for your arrival, towels (except beach towels)
All electricity, central heating and gas for cooking and end cleaning* (see Obligations of the tenant.)
In the House we supply of salt, pepper, a role paper towel, 1 garbage bag, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet (5).
Firewood we provide a free package. If you want more, you can buy firewood with us. € 8 a basket.
Swimming Pool: The heated shared swimming pool accessible from April to October depending on the weather is free of use.
Sauna and Jacuzzi: There is one turn sauna and jacuzzi (2 h) included in the price, if you want multiple engagements we will ask for a supplement of € 30 per turn.

Pets

Pets: pets are accepted € 10 a night
It is under the condition that they are kept under strict control at all times, not allowed in bedrooms or on furnishings, not left unattended in the property and all mess responsibly disposed of. Clients will be liable for any damage caused by pets

Owner liability

The owner shall not be liable for any loss, theft, accident, damage or injury caused to or by tenants/guests at La Difference – Le Pressoir.
The owner can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or the negligence of La Difference – Le Pressoir

It is forbidden to smoke in the room
